Dresscode orders are delivered all over Egypt to our customers from Sunday to Thursday between 10 am to 6 pm. After successfully placing your order, our customer service will conduct a verification process by call/SMS, then you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipment Fees

Our shipment fees vary from a province to another, therefore please check the shipping fees before confirming your order.

For last-minute orders in Cairo,  you can go with our next day delivery option.

If you want to go on with our trial service option please keep in mind that 100L.E will be charged in addition to the shipment fees.

 

Weekend orders

Orders placed during the weekend or official holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 

Tracking orders

You can track your order by signing into your account and selecting ‘Track orders ‘

 

Order Cancellation

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to your order. We can’t cancel an order once it’s out for delivery but we offer free returns.
