Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would love to exchange or refund the product but make sure you meet the following terms and conditions:

 

  • Returns & Exchange can be done within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The returned product should be in our original DC brand box with the receipt intact.
  • The product should be in its new original state.
  • The exchange procedure can be done only once.
  • Items on SALE can’t be returned or exchanged.
  • Dresscodeme.com has the right to decline an exchange/return request if the product is used, damaged or soiled and the product will be sent back to the customer.

 

Return/Exchange procedure:

 

  • To start the return/exchange procedure you can send a mail on info@dresscodeme.com, call us on 011-52155198 or send a message on our live chat.

 

  • A courier will be sent to pick up the returned product within two working days.

 

  • In the case of an exchange, the new product will be sent to your doorstep in 2 working days.

 

The refund procedure needs  5 to 7 working days to be completed. Once the refund is declared, you will receive a confirmation mail with the bank transfer receipt attached.bestgrammarchecker.
