Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your purchase, we would love to exchange or refund the product but make sure you meet the
following terms and conditions:

  • Returns & Exchange can be done within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Regarding evening, party and cocktail dresses, a return request should be submitted within 24 hours from delivery date.
  • Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on beauty products.
  • The returned product should be in our original DC branded bag with the receipt intact.
  • The product should be in its new original state.
  • Items on SALE can’t be returned in cash, We can only refund it to your DC wallet.
  • Dresscodeme.com has the right to decline a return request if the product is used, damaged or soiled and the product will be sent back to the customer.

 

Return/Exchange procedure:

  • To start the return/exchange procedure, you can send a mail to customer.service@dresscodeme.com OR CALL US ON 01228472222.
  • A courier will be sent to pick up the returned product within 3 to 5 working days.
  • In the case of an exchange, we send the courier to pick the item first, then we can refund the product amount to your DC wallet.
  • In the case of refund, once we receive the dress in our warehouse and ensure that it is unworn and in its original state, we will issue a full refund excluding all delivery charges.
  • The refund procedure needs 7 to 10 working days to be completed. Once the refund is declared, you will receive a confirmation mail.
  • Our working hours are 9 Am to 5 Pm from Sunday to Thursday.
